Hourly at $160/hour, 1 hour minimum.

Floor plan optimization, cabinet design and space planning, appliance selections, Finish and paint color plan. Clients are provided with a 3D rendering of the finished design.

Floor plan optimization, cabinetry design and space planning, plumbing and lighting fixtures and finishes selection, and paint color plan. Clients are provided with a detailed builder spec sheet and 3D renderings of the finished design.

Furniture Selection + Design
Wall color, furniture, accessories and window treatment selection and planning. Clients are provided with 2D style boards of the finished design, along with a furniture placement plan and order/source list.
